World-class eco-friendly bioremediation technology
microbial enzymes dissolve and emulsify organic solvents into CWS with the performance of biosurfactants, facilitating degradation, maintaining low COD, preventing re-evaporation during circulation of CWS, and eventually reducing stench from effluent gas through encapsulation of molecules of organic solvents.
CWS circulating water used in the automobile painting factory can be identified with odor of VOCs and rancidity, both of which are harmful to the human body; hence, Ministry of Environment enacts the emission prohibition act to prevent emission of VOCs and stench. In this regard, BJC products are designed to remove the cause of occurrence of odor by restraining re-evaporation of organic solvents and proliferation of the causative organism of decomposition, namely anaerobes, thereby contributing to compliance with law and regulations, environmental improvement, and assurance of workers’ health and safety.
Ⅰ. Organic compounds + Operation of microorganisms → Production of breakdown enzymes of organic matters
Ⅱ. Enzyme action → Creation of energy for oxidative degradation of organic matters(energy source for self-replication of microorganisms)
ㆍBiosurfactant reacts(Increase of solubility of organic matters, prevention of evaporation and increase of dissolved oxygen)
ㆍOrganic molecules, encapsulation and continuous biological degradation(Reduction of stench from effluent gas, continuous decomposition in the air, environmentally friendly)
